GameChanger Academy collects only the information necessary to process your enrollment and communicate with you about your course.
- We collect: name, age, sex, profession, location, email, phone, Telegram username, and self-reported skills.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
- Your data is stored securely and only accessed by authorized staff.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Terms of Service
By enrolling in any GameChanger Academy course, you agree to the following terms.
- All information you provide during enrollment must be accurate and truthful.
- Class attendance and participation are expected. Repeated absence may result in removal without refund.
- Course materials are for personal learning only and may not be redistributed.
- We reserve the right to update course content, schedules, and instructors.
Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your enrollment. Refund eligibility is outlined below.
- Full refund available if you cancel within 7 days of payment, before classes begin.
- 50% refund if you cancel within the first two weeks of class.
- No refund after the second week of class.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Code of Conduct
GameChanger Academy is committed to a respectful, inclusive learning environment for everyone.
- Harassment, discrimination, and hate speech are not tolerated.
- Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.
- Do not share or misuse other students' personal information.
- Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
